Anti-LIME Antibody [LIME-06] (A86419)

Induction of LIME tyrosine phosphorylation. Peripheral blood T cells were left unstimulated (-) or stimulated with Anti-CD3 Antibody [MEM-92] (A86196) or Anti-CD4 Antibody [MEM-16] (A85958), and LIME was immunoprecipitated from laurylmaltoside lysates with Anti-LIME Antibody [LIME-06] (A86419), (immunoaffinity sorbent) and analyzed by Western blotting to visualize tyrosine-phosphorylated LIME (top) and total LIME (bottom).
