Principle of Assay
This kit combines a mitochondria-selective orange fluorescent dye with Hoechst 33342 for nuclear staining. It enables simultaneous visualization of mitochondria and nuclei in live cells and remains compatible with fixation and permeabilization for downstream fluorescence analysis.
