Principle of Assay
This kit uses a proprietary green fluorescent probe that accumulates in mitochondria and becomes fluorescent in the mitochondrial lipid environment. It is suitable for labeling mitochondria in live cells and can also stain formaldehyde-fixed cells before permeabilization.
