This kit enables rapid detection of apoptotic cells by labeling DNA strand breaks using the TUNEL method. The green fluorescent signal allows sensitive visualization of apoptotic cells by fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry.
This assay labels DNA strand breaks using TdT-mediated incorporation of fluorescein-labeled dUTP at nicked DNA ends. The resulting green fluorescence can be detected by fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or microplate reader.
