This kit provides a simple one-step method for detecting apoptotic cells through TUNEL-based labeling of DNA fragmentation. The orange fluorescent signal allows clear identification of apoptotic cells in fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry assays.
This assay detects fragmented DNA by TdT-mediated incorporation of orange fluorescent dUTP at DNA strand breaks. Fluorescence can be measured by fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or microplate reader.
