Principle of Assay
Superoxide generated enzymatically reacts with WST-8 to produce a colored formazan dye. Antioxidants suppress this reaction, and the reduction in absorbance at 450 nm reflects scavenging capacity.
Shipped at 4°C. Store at -20°C in the dark. Refer to the Protocol Manual for storage conditions of individual components. Do not use past expiration date!

A 96-well microplate or microglass cuvette is required for this assay.
