ELISA plates were pre-coated with Anti-CXCR1 Antibody [DMC470] - BSA and Azide free (A318720) at 0.2µg/well. Serial diluted Synthetic Nanodisc Human CXCR1 Protein (A317336) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From the above data, the EC50 for Synthetic Nanodisc Human CXCR1 Protein (A317336) binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human CXCR1 Protein (A317336) is 2.330ng/ml.
