This toolkit provides magnetic bead-based reagents for efficient immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP). It enables convenient isolation of target proteins and protein complexes from biological samples.

Designed for immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) experiments. The kit includes optimized native and denatured lysis buffers, Protein A/G magnetic beads for efficient capture of antibody–antigen complexes, and an IP negative control to monitor assay specificity. HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies specific for mouse IgG light chain and rabbit IgG light chain are provided to minimize heavy chain interference during Western blot detection.
