Immunoprecipitation - Universal IP/Co-IP ToolKit (Magnetic Beads) (A319775)

Co-IP performed using Universal IP/Co-IP Toolkit (Magnetic Beads) (A319775). Protein was extracted using non-denaturing lysis buffer, and then analyzed by Co-IP. The whole cell lysates (Input) and Co-IP samples (using the indicated antibodies) were probed with Stat1 monoclonal antibody, Stat2 polyclonal antibody, and GAPDH monoclonal antibody respectively in Western blot analysis.
