Anti-ER-HR3 Antibody [ER-HR3]

Rat monoclonal [ER-HR3] antibody to ER-HR3.

This antibody recognises the murine antigen ER-HR3, a cell surface antigen expressed by Langerhans cells in epithelium, a subset of mature macrophages and dendritic cells located predominantly in haematopoietic and lymphoid organs. ER-HR3 demonstrates very low levels of expression on peripheral blood monocytes.During foetal development, ER-HR3 positive cells are localized to haemapoietic islands and are often associated with erythroid progenitor cells. ER-HR3 antigen may be involved in adult erythropoiesis and in the regulation of the immune response. recognises two bands of ~69 kDa and a minor one of ~55 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
