Name
Anti-ERK / MAPK (phopsho Thr202 / phospho Tyr204) Antibody
Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ERK / MAPK (phospho Thr202 + Tyr204).
Specificity
This antibody recognises extracellular regulated kinase (ERK), also known as MAPK, when phosphorylated at threonine 202 and tyrosine 204.ERK/MAPK is an important integration point of many signaling pathways, for a range of cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. Upon phosphorylation, activated ERK/MAPK translocates to the nucleus, where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
