Name
Anti-GM-CSF Antibody - BSA and Azide free
Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GM-CSF.
Specificity
This antibody recognises mouse granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), a haematopoietic growth factor which exists in both glycosylated and non-glycosylated biologically active forms and stimulates the development of granulocytes, macrophages, early megakaryocytes and eosinophil progenitor cells. The ability of recombinant GM-CSF to increase haematopoietic cell recovery has become a focus area in the therapeutic treatment of patients following bone marrow transplantation.
Applications
WB, ELISA, Functional Assays
Dilutions
ELISA: 0.5 µg/ml, Functional Assays: 12ng/ml - 20ng/ml, WB: 0.1 µg/ml - 0.2 µg/ml
Reactivity
Mouse
Immunogen
Recombinant mouse GM-CSF.
Host
Rabbit
Clonality
Polyclonal
Isotype
IgG
