ELISA plates were pre-coated with 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) Recombinant Human GM-CSF Protein (Fc Tag) (A318173) which can bind Anti-GM-CSF Humanized Antibody [Plonmarlimab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318840) in a linear range of 0.92-937.50 µg/ml. In order to specifically detect Anti-GM-CSF Humanized Antibody [Plonmarlimab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318840), Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fab Antibody was used as detection antibody.

Flow cytometry analysis under cell membrane permeable condition with Anti-GM-CSF Humanized Antibody [Plonmarlimab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318840) at 1 µg/ml on Expi293 cells transfected with Human GM-CSF protein (blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (red histogram).
