Western blot analysis of extracts of normal 293T cells and 293T transfected with His-NAA20 protein, using Anti-His Tag Antibody [AMC0484] (HRP) (A93078) at 1:20,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with an ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.
