Principle of Assay
This Human MUSKab ELISA Kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Human MUSKab in plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
A microplate has been pre-coated with antigens to bind MUSKab. Standards, samples and biotinylated antigens to bind MUSKab are pipetted into the wells. The wells are washed and HRP-conjugated streptavidin is added. The wells are washed again, before a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and colour develops in proportion to the amount of MUSKab bound. The Stop Solution changes the colour from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the colour is measured at 450 nm.
