Human SPINK7 ELISA Kit

Principle of Assay
This Human SPINK7 ELISA Kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Human SPINK7 in plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

An antibody specific for SPINK7 has been coated on a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and the SPINK7 present in each sample is bound to the wells by the immobilised antibody. The wells are washed and Anti-SPINK7 Antibody (Biotin) is added. After washing away the unbound biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin is pipetted into the wells. The wells are washed again, before a TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and colour develops in proportion to the amount of SPINK7 bound. The Stop Solution changes the colour from blue to yellow, and the intensity of the colour is measured at 450 nm.
