ELISA

This ELISA kit contains a matched pair of monoclonal antibodies specific for LAP entity of human latent TGF beta 1. This enables direct quantification of latent TGF beta 1 in ELISA without the need for sample pre-treatment. This ELISA kit does not detect human latent TGF beta 2, human latent TGF beta 3, or bovine latent TGF beta 1. The antibodies in this kit cross-react with latent TGF beta 1 from non-human primates.
