Rat monoclonal (MT24) antibody to Ig Kappa Chain (Biotin).

The antibody is specific for mouse immunoglobulin kappa (?) light chain of IgG. Kappa chains generally represent more than 90% of mouse Ig light chains.

This antibody does not detect the lambda (?) light chain. There is no cross-reactivity (< 0.1%) with Ig from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, sheep, horse, and human.
