There is no cross-reactivity (< 0.1%) with mouse IgG1, IgG2b, IgG3, IgA, IgE, IgM or with IgG from rat, goat, rabbit, cow, and human. There is low cross-reactivity (2.5%) with IgG2c (IgG2a analogue in e.g. C57BL/6 and NOD mice).
