Mouse monoclonal [TU27] antibody to IL2 Receptor beta/p75 (APC).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD122, a 70-75 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein constitutively expressed by NK cells and a subset of T cells, and upregulated upon activation.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
