Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-JAK2 (phospho Tyr1007 + Tyr1008) Antibody (A11009)

Western blot analysis of C6, using Anti-JAK2 (phospho Tyr1007 + Tyr1008) Antibody (A11009) at 1:1,000 dilution. C6 cells were treated by Pervanadate (1 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.
