Mouse monoclonal [UP-R1] antibody to KIR2DL5A (APC).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope on CD158f, a 60 kDa glycoprotein serving as a HLA class I ligand, and mainly expressed on a subset of NK cells and a small population of T cells. Its expression is highly polymorphic between individuals.
