Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-LC3B Antibody [AMC0036] (A93258)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-LC3B Antibody [AMC0036] (A93258) at 1:1,000 dilution. Hela cells were treated by Chloroquine (50 µM) at 37°C for 20 hours. The secondary antibody was HRP Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.
