Lyophilized from 20 mM Tris Buffer, pH 8, with 200 mM Sodium Chloride.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with deionized water to 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Storage
Shipped at ambient temperature. Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted aliquots: Short term (2 weeks) store at 4°C. Long term store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
General Notes
Blood samples from each donor have been tested and found negative for HBsAg, anti-HCV, HIV Ag/Ab, and syphilis.
