Western blot analysis of extracts of PC-12 cells, using Anti-MAPK14 (phospho T180) Antibody (AP0056) at 1:2000 dilution. PC-12 cells were treated by UV for 15-30 minutes. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (HRP) (AS014) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates / proteins: 25µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020). Exposure time: 10S.
