Anti-MAPK6/ERK3 Antibody (A83654)

MAPK6/ERK3 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress GFP tagged MAPK6/ERK3 and lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 2 hours on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-MAPK6/ERK3 Antibody (A83654) at 0.5µg/ml (Left Lane) or Anti-GFP (Right Lane) and detected with chemiluminescence. Note GFP-only expression in (Lane 1).

MAPK6/ERK3 expression in Human Heart analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-MAPK6/ERK3 Antibody (A83654) at 10µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).

MAPK6/ERK3 expression in MK5/ERK3 double knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) analyzed by western blot following immunoprecipitation (IP) using Anti-MAPK6/ERK3 Antibody (A83654). Lanes 3 and 5 show MK5/ERK3 expression rescued by retroviral transduction. Inputs for double KO and rescue MEFs were run in parallel (Lanes 1 + 2). Western blot was performed with a separate rabbit Anti-Erk3 antibody, and co-precipitation of ERK3 was assessed using mouse Anti-MK5/PRAK (lower panel).
