Mouse monoclonal [F16-4-4] antibody to MHC Class I RT1A.

This antibody recognises the rat RT1A MHC class I antigen binding to a monomorphic epitope expressed by all rat strains, although strains of haplotype c more weakly. Mouse anti Rat MHC Class I RT1A antibody, clone F16-4-4 is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenocytes.
