Mouse monoclonal [CI.13.I] antibody to MHC Class II Polymorphic.

This antibody recognises the MHC Class II epitope present on strain 13, but not strain 2 guinea pig cells. The antigen is also found in outbred Hartley guinea pigs.

Flow Cytometry: 1:50 - 1:100, IHC-Fr: 1:50 - 1:100, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl.
