Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-PTEN (phospho Ser380 + Thr382 + Thr383) Antibody [ARC55940] (A309257)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various lysates, using Anti-PTEN (phospho Ser380 + Thr382 + Thr383) Antibody [ARC55940] (A309257) at 1:2,000 dilution. Hela, NIH/3T3, and PC-12 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37°C for 1 hour. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 60s.
