HEK293 cell line was transfected with: Irrelevant protein (B) and human OX40 Ligand (A). Cells were surface stained with 1µg/ml of Recombinant Human CD134/OX40L Receptor Protein (Fc Chimera 6xHis Tag) (A318386) followed by Anti-Human IgG Antibody (Alexa 488).
