Rabbit anti SHC1 (pTyr349)

Rabbit anti SHC1 (pTyr349) antibody recognizes SHC-transforming protein 1 when phosphorylated on tyrosine 349. The Shc gene encodes p46Shc, p52Shc and p66Shc, which differ at the N-terminus (Pelicci et al. 1992). Residue tyrosine 349 refers to isoform p66 and tyrosine 239 in p52. This phosphorylation contributes to the interaction of SHC1 with GRB2 (van der Geer et al. 1996).
