Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Anti-ASH2L Antibody (A295266) was used at a dilution of 1:1,000 ( 1 µg/ml). Detection: DAB.

Figure 2: Western Blot - Anti-ASH2L Antibody (A295266)

Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Anti-ASH2L Antibody (A295266) was used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ASH2L was also immunoprecipitated with another rabbit anti-ASH2L antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated ASH2L, the other antibody was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
