Rabbit anti CARD11 antibody recognizes caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 11 (CARD11), also known as CARMA1. CARD11 is part of both the membrane associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) family and the caspase recruitment domain (CARD) family. CARD11 is involved in NF-KappaB activation through interaction with signaling protein BCL10.
