Human G-CSF Anti-Dug Assay ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human G-CSF in serum and plasma.
Assay Type
Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)
Principle of Assay
Human G-CSF Anti-Drug Antibody ELISA Kit is an indirect ELISA that provides quantitative determination of antibodies targeting G-CSF in serum and plasma. G-CSF is coated onto the microplate to capture anti-GCSF antibodies present in samples. Enzyme-linked detection antibody and substrate addition produce a colorimetric signal proportional to antibody levels.

General Notes
Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Calibrators and test samples should be diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix thoroughly and do not store diluted samples.
Storage
Shipped at +4°C. Store the ELISA standard at -20°C. Store all other reagents at +4°C
