Human G-CSF ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human G-CSF in serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human G-CSF ELISA Kit is an indirect sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of G-CSF in serum and plasma. G-CSF present in samples binds to immobilized anti-GCSF antibodies. Detection is performed using a tagged secondary antibody and enzyme-linked reagent, with color development proportional to G-CSF concentration.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator, 20X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X secondary antibody, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin and stored frozen at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Calibrators and test samples should be diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix thoroughly and do not store diluted samples.
