Human + Mouse + Rat Trastuzumab Immunogenicity ELISA Kit is a bridging Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (bELISA) designed for the in vitro semi-quantitative determination of Trastuzumab Immunogenicity levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Bridging (Semi-Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Trastuzumab Immunogenicity ELISA Kit is a bridging ELISA that provides qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of antibodies against trastuzumab targeting ErbB2 in serum and plasma. Anti-trastuzumab antibodies form immune complexes captured on the plate and are detected using enzyme-linked reagents. Colorimetric signal intensity reflects antibody level relative to control samples.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 4X 50 µL QC samples, 10X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 17 µL secondary antibody, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored frozen at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Quality control samples and test samples are diluted 1:10 with assay buffer by adding 30 µL of sample to 270 µL of assay buffer. Mix thoroughly and use immediately. Do not store diluted samples. Additional dilution may be required for out-of-range samples.
