Human + Mouse + Rat Trastuzumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Trastuzumab levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Trastuzumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a direct sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of free trastuzumab targeting ErbB2 in serum and plasma. Trastuzumab binds to anti-trastuzumab antibodies coated on the microplate and is detected using an enzyme-linked secondary antibody. The resulting colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm is proportional to trastuzumab concentration.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator, 10X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Prior to analysis, calibrators and test samples should be diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix well and do not store diluted samples.
