Lyme Disease Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato IgG + IgM ELISA Kit is an elisa Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (eELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of b. burgdorferi sensu stricto, b. afzelii, b. garinii, b. mayonii. b. spielmanii. b. bissetiae, b. bavariensis and b. valaisiana IgM in serum and plasma.

Idirect ELISA

Lyme Disease Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato IgG + IgM ELISA Kitemploys an indirect ELISA for quantitative measurement of IgM in serum and plasma. . Plates are pre-coated with IgM antigen. Samples and standards bind during incubation, followed by addition of biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin. TMB substrate generates a colour change proportional to IgM concentration, measured at 450 nm against a standard curve.

This ELISA kit includes a 96-well microplate pre-coated with proprietary Epitogen VlsE antigens and supplied ready for use. The kit also contains a peroxidase-labelled anti-human IgM antibody, 10× wash buffer, secondary diluent, TMB substrate and protective plate seals.
