beta 2 Defensin expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and 293T cells transfected with DEFB4A analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 20ug protein per lane with Anti-beta 2 Defensin Antibody (A329151) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
