Mouse monoclonal [C5] antibody to C Reactive Protein.

The antibody recognizes human CRP, an 117 kDa plasma acute phase protein; it recognizes antigen both in the presence and in the absence (samples containing EDTA) of Ca2+.

ELISA: This antibody has been tested as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for analysis of human C-Reactive Protein in combination with the antibody C7 (cat. no. 1B-484-C100).
