Anti-CD19 Antibody [LT19] (PerCP)

Mouse monoclonal [LT19] antibody to CD19 (PerCP).

This antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD19, a 95 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein, of the immunoglobulin superfamily, expressed on B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. It is lost on plasma cells.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
