Anti-CD62E Antibody [CL2/6] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [CL2/6] antibody to CD62E (FITC).

This antibody recognises human CD62E, a member of the selectin family which is expressed on endothelial cells at sites of inflammation. Mouse anti Human CD62E antibody, clone CL2/6 has been shown to inhibit the binding of human neutrophils to stimulated HUVECS.

Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
