Anti-CD97 Antibody [MEM-180] (APC)

Mouse monoclonal [MEM-180] antibody to CD97 (APC).

This antibody recognises the human CD97 cell surface antigen, a 74-89 kDa glycoprotein expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, some activated lymphocytes and weakly by resting lymphocytes (5-15% ). Mouse anti Human CD97 antibody, clone MEM-180 has been reported to detect CD97 antigen weakly in western blotting.

Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1:10, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells or 100µl whole blood
