This antibody has been shown to have the following cross-reactivities. Human collagen type I: <15%, Human collagen type IV: <5%, Human collagen type II and V: <1%. Human plasma proteins do not interfere with binding of the antibody to collagen.

Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended.
