Name
Anti-CXCL11 Antibody - BSA and Azide free
Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CXCL11.
Specificity
This antibody recognises human I-TAC (Interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant), otherwise known as CXCL11, a member of the CXC chemokine family, which signals through binding to CD183 (CXCR3), and is regulated by interferon gamma and beta.I-TAC is highly expressed by peripheral blood leucocytes, the pancreas and liver, and acts as a potent chemoattractant for IL-2 activated T cells, as well as a natural antagonist for CD195 (CCR5).
Applications
WB, ELISA, IHC-P, Functional Assays
Dilutions
ELISA: 0.5 - 2 µg/ml, Functional Assays: 7.0 - 8.0 µg/ml, WB: 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml
