DAPP1 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged DAPP1 an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-DAPP1 Antibody (A84728) at 0.1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:3000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-DAPP1 Antibody (A84728) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).
