A431 cells and breast or bladder carcinoma tissue.

Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IP: 1-2 µg/500 µg protein lysate. For affinity purification and antibody coupling applications, use a BSA-free antibody formulation. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.

No cross-reactivity with Mouse or Rat. Cross-reactivity with other species has not been determined.
