A431 cells or placenta, breast, colon and bladder cancer tissue.

Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF: 1-2 µg/mL, IHC-P: 2-4 µg/mL. For IHC-P, protease-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using Protease at 1 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.4, for 10 minutes at 37°C.
