Mouse monoclonal [323/A3] antibody to EpCAM (PE-Cyanine 7).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD326, a marker of epithelial lineages, that is over-expressed in many carcinomas.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Cross Reactivity
This antibody does not cross react with Rat.
Immunogen
Human breast cancer MCF-7 cells.
Host
Mouse
Clonality
Monoclonal
Clone ID
323/A3
Isotype
IgG1
Conjugate
PE-Cyanine 7
