HADH expression in Human Kidney lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-HADH Antibody (A84434) at 0.02µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
HADH expression in HEK293 cell lysate and analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG-tagged HADH. Staining was perfomed with Anti-HADH Antibody (A84434) (right) or Anti-FLAG (left) and mock transfection (First and Last Lane).
