This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of HLA F, a 42 kDa type I transbembrane protein expressed on B cells, NK cells, monocytes, and T cells, but mainly in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus, only a small amount on the cell surface, where, however, it can be expressed after cell activation.

Flow Cytometry - Anti-HLA F Antibody [3D11] (A121802)
Separation of human activated lymphocytes stained with Anti-HLA F Antibody [3D11] (A121802), (concentration in sample 5 µg/ml, GAM APC, red-filled) from human activated lymphocytes unstained by primary antibody (GAM APC, black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of human PMA + Ionomycin stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
